Merchant Report Capabilities

  • Cashier setup

The admin user is allowed to setup cashiers by name and a pin code gets allocated to the cahier in order for the cashier to login, once the cashier is logged in all sales performed on the app gets allocated to the logged in cashier, at the end of the cashiers shift a cash-up is done which displays all the items which were sold by the cashier.


  • Cash-up Report

The cash-up report shows all the cash-ups that were performed on the app between two dates and it allows the user to reprint a previous cash-up.


  • Statement Report

The statement report keeps a running balance on the merchants account, the merchant has got the ability to search between a start date and an end date.


  • Sales Report

The sales report allows the user to view all the sales that were performed on the app between a start date and an end date, the sales report can also get drilled down to display all items that were sold between a start date and an end date.


  • Invoicing Report

The invoicing report allows the user to view all invoices the were performed on the app between a start date and an end date, it also allows the user to reprint an invoice.


  • Payment Report

The payment report allows the use to view all payment that were performed towards his account between a start date and an end date.


  • Vat Report

The VAT report allows the user to get the VAT report per month via email.

FNB Reporting Capabilities
